The Queen Mary Graduate Attributes programme was established to integrate our distinctive statement of skills, values and behaviours into the wider Queen Mary learning experience.

Through our set of 32 distinctive attributes, which fall under 7 key themes, we seek to equip our students to derive greater intellectual and individual satisfaction from their future professional and personal lives, and to make a greater contribution to the societies in which they live.

The implementation of this programme has initiated a progress of curriculum enhancement in all Schools to develop programmes of study creating intellectually rounded, independent thinkers who can engage critically with knowledge, have a global perspective and learn continuously in a changing world.

As a Russell Group institution with a reputation for excellent research and high quality teaching, the Queen Mary Graduate Attributes will help our diverse student body recognise their distinctive strengths and prepare them for successful and rewarding personal and professional futures after Queen Mary.
